Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Lithuania. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

1. Territory

  • Sales (purchases): Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland;
  • Rentals: Vilnius region only, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees vary by country and are shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Prices

  • Lithuania: €5 / Free for orders above €80
  • Latvia, Estonia, Poland: 15

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your order is accepted and payment has been received. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination:

  • Lithuania: 13 business days
  • Latvia, Estonia, Poland: 25 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 10 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

A confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order is dispatched. Couriers may contact you directly to arrange delivery time.

4. Delivery Method

Door to Door delivery

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details. Floris Haus is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
